Chase Bank seems to believe it is above the law and can change terms on their customers with no impunity.

I really think that the greatest impact can be had by directing the anger of 1 million GOOD customers taken advantage of by this predator bank. ENCOURAGE them to tell their story, they will be surprised How Many Other smart and good people took advantage of the promotional rates only to have their minimum payments increased arbitrarily, because they COULD, 150%.
ReplyDeleteTURN UP THE LIGHT. SPREAD THE WORD!
See how many of your friends will close their accounts because of what was done to YOU. Generally much more competitive rates are available at credit unions. FIGHT them opening predator branches in your communities with YOUR tax dollars and stolen promotional interest rates.
